InvestmentPEPPEPs were replaced by ISAs in 1999. Although you can no longer open a new PEP, existing PEPs can continue alongside ISAs, while keeping the same tax benefits. However, many investors may have acquired their PEP portfolios some time ago and be unhappy with its performance or their investment goals may have changed over the years.
